This Wusthof universal, hand‐held knife sharpener has two stages of sharpening. The first stage uses carbide to sharpen dull edges and the second stage uses ceramic for a polished, razor sharp edge. To keep you sharpener clean wipe with clean with a damp cloth or mild brush, wipe dry. Do not rinse with water.
