Edlund BRV-480 Bravo 30 Pound Digital Portion Control Scale

This BRAVO BRV Series Digital Portion Scale from Edlund can measure up to 30 pounds and the easy to use buttons include on/tare, mode/calibrate, zero and off. This scale features a ClearShield™ protective cover and can stand up to most any task while being protected from damaging grease, dust and excess juices, which can cause corrosion. The stainless steel platform is removable for easy cleaning and the side mounted power jack helps eliminate broken power supplies.
