This BRAVO BRV Series Digital Portion Scale from Edlund features a ClearShield™ protective cover and can stand up to most any task while being protected from damaging grease, dust and excess juices, which can cause corrosion. This scale can measure up to 20 pounds and the easy to use buttons include on/tare, mode/calibrate, zero and off. The stainless steel platform is removable for easy cleaning and the side mounted power jack helps eliminate broken power supplies.
